This reports that the Vietnam’s agriculture bank, Agribank incurred losses of nearly US$28.4 million from the trading in foreign currency in Q4 of 2004.

The reason blamed for the loss is stated to be poor management. The forex affiliate came up short on is duties and never informed the bank in time to correct for losses until they worsened.
