Old and Wise Money
One of the Norwegian Finance finance websites has a story about a guy that is 93 years old and still actively manages his money.

His has a net worth about 700 million Norwegian Krone, or about $120 Million USD.

Some of his principles:
He never does business with companies that has a big dominant owner. Because it is easy for a big owner to take advantage of smaller customers/partners/investors.

He does not own anything outside of Norway, not even a small apartment.

He stays away from IT. Buying heads is not interesting. If the guy that owns the head leaves, then what is left is not of any value.

He says he is careful investing in shipping, and he has given up real estate.

Living
He must get the closing prices in the US before he goes to bed.

He has no plans of retiring. He thinks that the retiring age set by law we have in Norway is not people friendly. He says he will never retire and that he will “die with his boots on”.

Everybody should aim to more be like this man
I think that this man is a great role model, and I hope I can be like him when I get old.
