Apprentice 5 may be moved to another time slot on NBC

A few seasons ago when Trump went on air with Apprentice 1 it was a big success money wise for NBC. It also meant that they abandoned the concept with a two hour must see TV. Starting January 2006, NBC is going back to that concept with moving the Tuesday comedies, “My Name is Earl” and “The Office” to 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Thursday after “Will & Grace” (8 p.m.) and a comedy, “Four Kings” (8:30 p.m., Channel 2).

Apprentice 5 will be put on hold till after the Winter Olympics. It is assumed that the Apprentice 5 will get the Thursday time slot when it returns, but it is uncertain. If the new shows become successful the Apprentice 5 may find a new time slot.
