Potential buyers get a preview of Trump Tower in Waikiki

Even if Trump Tower in Waikiki won’t be completed until 2009, Donald has a miniature version he shows off to potential buyers. The feedback he has gotten has been positive.

Trump: “It will have true Hawaiian soul with the finest of everything that will be nothing less than fantastic. I’ve wanted to build buildings there for the last 10, 15 years”.

Eighty percent of the tower will have an ocean view.

If you want in, you’ll have to pay. Studios will run just under $500,000, with penthouses up to $9 million.
