Donald says that the economy outside New York is at depression levels.

Right now Donald is buying the prime assets that where ridiculous expensive a few years back. He is buying land that is zoned in the best locations, and he doesn’t buy un-zoned land any more. He is continuing to do business abroad, such as in Dubai where business is much better than in the U.S.
